Frequently asked questions
Is there a ReachLMS mobile app?
Yes. The ReachLMS app for iOS and Android comes with every plan, and learners can study course content offline. Get it on the App Store or Google Play. If you want the app under your own institution’s name and logo, you can add a white-label app for an extra fee.
Can we use our own domain and branding?
On Dedicated, yes. Your instance runs on your own domain, such as learn.yourcollege.edu, and carries your branding throughout, including the login page. On Saver and Premium, your branding shows inside ReachLMS, but the login page and web address are shared.
Does ReachLMS support SSO, LTI tools and SIS integration?
Every Dedicated instance supports SAML single sign-on, LTI tools and SIS integration. Saver and Premium run on a shared instance that doesn’t support SSO, and the only SIS it connects to is ReachSIS. We can help install some LTI tools on the shared instance, so contact us to check the one you need.
What do the Christian education features include?
Two tools are built for Christian colleges and seminaries. The Logos Library Access Manager gives learners more than 2,700 Bible resources in their own Logos Bible Software account, linked straight from their courses. It comes with Dedicated and Premium. EVERYWORD Premium, from Leadership Ministries Worldwide, is a full Bible commentary app for study and sermon prep on any device, even offline. Every ReachLMS user, on any plan, can get six months of EVERYWORD Premium free, a $48 value. Saver and Premium customers just contact us to switch it on for their users.
